After 26 years at PCOR, Dr. Lee has decided to retire effective September 30th. We are all proud to carry on her tradition of excellence.
Peggy B. K. Lee, M.D.
Dr. Lee was born in Hong Kong and educated in England. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1983 and her medical degree from the University College London Medical School in London, England in 1988. Her post-graduate training started with three years in the National Health Service in the United Kingdom. She then completed pediatric residency at Georgetown University Hospital, where she was awarded “Resident of the year” at graduation.
Dr. Lee joined PCOR in 1994. She is board certified in Pediatrics and has been a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics since 1995. She is a member of the Maryland Chirurgical Society and the Montgomery County Medical Society. Dr. Lee is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Georgetown University Medical Center.
Dr. Lee lives in Rockville with her husband and three children. She enjoys cooking and talking about food. She likes to spend time exploring the world travelling with her family and friends.
Kathleen M. Hawkins, M.D.
Dr. Hawkins received her undergraduate degree from Duke University where she also played for the women’s varsity field hockey team. She then completed her medical education at Albany Medical College in New York. She moved to the area in 1994 and spent 3 years completing her pediatric residency training at Georgetown University Hospital. She then served as Pediatric Chief Resident for a year at Georgetown. Following that, she spent a year as an attending in the Pediatric department, during which time she was also the director of the pediatric rotation for the Georgetown third year medical students. She continues her relationship with Georgetown as Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics.
She joined PCOR in 1999 and is board certified in pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She also is a member of the Montgomery County-Prince George’s County Pediatric Society.
Dr. Hawkins lives in Rockville with her husband and two children. They enjoy gardening, spending time outdoors, and playing and watching sports.
Bridget P. Conger, C.P.N.P.
Bridget received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from the University of Delaware. She then completed a Masters in Nursing Advanced Primary Care Pediatrics from The University of Maryland.
Bridget joined PCOR as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2005. She has over 20 years of Pediatric Nursing experience in areas including outpatient pediatrics at Pediatric Care of Rockville, pediatric intensive care at Georgetown University Hospital, and pediatric emergency care at Children's National Medical Center.
Bridget grew up in the Montgomery County area and lives with her husband, son and daughter in Rockville. She enjoys spending time with her children at their swim meets and volleyball tournaments. She is a sports fan, and loves going to the beach.
Kristen B. Cantor, M.D.
Dr. Cantor received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and then served for 5 years in the United States Navy, working with an F/A-18 squadron deployed on aircraft carriers. She then received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, and completed pediatric residency at Georgetown University Hospital.
Dr. Cantor joined PCOR in 2011. She is board certified in pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Cantor lives in Bethesda with her husband and son. They enjoy spending time reading, gardening, arts and crafts, and playing and watching baseball.
Jill C. Troilo, M.D.
Dr. Troilo received her undergraduate degree from Bucknell University where she studied Chemical Engineering, and her medical degree from East Tennessee State University. She completed her pediatric residency in 2009 at Georgetown University Hospital. After completing residency, Dr. Troilo practiced pediatrics briefly in Tennessee before moving to Indiana. In Indiana she practiced in Bloomington and served as an instructor for the Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Troilo joined PCOR in July 2014. She is board-certified in Pediatrics, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and has special interests in pediatric education and training.
Dr. Troilo lives locally with her husband and son, and enjoys cooking as well as watching and discussing film.
Nicole W. Uliassi, MD
Dr. Uliassi grew up in Atlanta, GA, and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago. After college she worked at an advertising agency in Chicago before pursuing her medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Uliassi then completed her pediatric residency in New York City at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical College.
Dr. Uliassi joined PCOR in 2015 and is excited to be back in the D.C. metropolitan area! She now lives in Rockville with her husband and beautiful baby daughter.
Mallory Lostumbo, M.D.
Dr. Lostumbo received her undergraduate degree from Colgate University where she studied Biology. She then completed her medical degree at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. She went on to Dartmouth for her pediatric residency training, graduating in 2017. She joined PCOR in July 2017 and is living locally with her significant other. She enjoys baking, playing sports, and travelling.
Allison Gay, M.D.
Dr. Gay grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. She then completed both her medical school training and pediatric residency at Emory University School of Medicine. After completing residency, she initially practiced at a private pediatric office in Atlanta before moving to the D.C. area and joining PCOR in 2018. She and her husband live in Kensington, where they enjoy spending time cooking, as well as hiking and camping.
